        Poor communication following a defective screen replacement. Digital Planet initially provided a good service, replacing the screen on my Huawei p30, unfortunately the OEM screen they received from Huawei and installed was defective. This is no fault of digital planet, and they did offer a full replacement part under warranty. However, this was over 8 weeks ago, and they have not reached out to me, nor responded to my efforts to communicate via call, text, email or direct message, which has left me with a phone that doesn't work, and no indication of when this will be remedied. I will update this review based on how Digital Planet responds, but at this stage I am thoroughly dissatisfied.
