        Have been going here for coffee nearly everyday but today was disappointed. We ordered long black and cappuccino. We collected our coffee and went back to office . I opened up my long black so it can cool down and realised it just hot water . Had to walk all the way to the shop to advise the staff and he just laughed it off ( yes it is funny) and he didnt even apologise. Come on at least apologise as customers have to walk all the back (time wasting )to exchange for a coffee.
