Terrible service attitude. This is the worst store and employees I have ever encountered in Australia. If you cannot repair or do not have the parts, you only need to tell us that you cannot repair it. However, there is no need to use discriminatory or malicious tone, which will not make you feel superior, but will only reduce people's trust in your store.

A great service ordered a bike and in no time it had arrived and all set up ready for me to ride home Ashton was very helpful I will recommend him with no worries safe cycling

Poor service attitude, booked appointment 2/5/23 - 11am Clearly mentioned this visit is to repair my punctured tyre and service my brakes of my f720. Upon arrival, i was told they didnt have the repair kit and unable to work on the puncture as well as the brakes as they require the tyres not to be puncture in order to service the brakes WHATT? Then i asked if i can leave my bike here till they have the repair kit. They said theres no room left ??? I got to remove it Apparently the number stated on leon cycle adelaide directly calls to another branch or office of leon cycle. And he has no clue whats going on in the adelaide store and just told me to drop it off there.

Best customer service I have ever received. Ashton is an encyclopaedia of knowledge for E.bikes. The assistance I had was outstanding. I can't recommend him highly enough. After care is old school service.

I am posting this review again as the store manager lied about me in his last response. I ordered a Milano ebike online which came with free delivery. The store then contacted me to request an extra $60 as only floor stock was available. I found this unacceptable and disputed the extra charge. After a few phone calls back and forth the sales person was unable to convince the manager to send the bike without the extra charge as per the online sale conditions. The store manager the put a response to my original review that was full of lies to save face. See below. He said I was informed postage was dearer for a setup bike at $135 and they were only charging $60. - This never happened. He claimed I wouldn't listen to them, false I simply didn't agree with them. He claimed I was yelling and incoherent on the phone. - I never yelled on the phone. I had a perfectly calm clear conversation with your sales person who understood my position. His previous response simply confirmed my original statement that they are a poor shop to deal with. If you are reading this review consider what the after sale service might look like. I'd recommend shopping elsewhere if possible. The manager of this shop should be ashamed of himself. PS. I bought a bike from Pedl, they were great to deal with. I spoke with their manager who was very professional.
