they were very welcoming and kind! i came in without a booking and asked if they could help my eyebrows look more symmetrical. i believe her name was navdeep or avandeep? (im so sorry) she was extremely helpful and friendly. she kept me engaged and made my eyebrows look beautiful. she took a lot of care to make sure they looked great. she definitely pays a lot of attention. i also got a lip wax/thread. i was out in maybe 15 minutes? she was efficient and amazing. i 100% recommended them.

I recently visited Just Brows & Beauty and had an amazing experience! The salon is located conveniently in the heart of Adelaide city centre and is easily accessible. The staff were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The salon was clean and well-maintained, which made me feel comfortable and relaxed during my visit. I had my eyelashes extension and the results were fantastic! The therapist was skilled and took the time to listen to my preferences and concerns. She gave me useful advice on how to maintain my eyelashes. The salon also offers a wide range of other beauty treatments, including waxing, facials, and lash extensions, which I am looking forward to trying in the future. Service: Eyelash extensions

This is the first time in my 21 years that Ive ever made a review but I thought it should be heard. I decided to come back here as last time I got extensions and I had a lovely experience. This time however I had asked if they had an appointment over the phone and they had told me 4:30, I asked for an earlier time if at all possible as I was in the area for Uni. They told me they only had 4:35, the first change of time. They then said theyd ring back after they check for a different time. I get called back 30 minutes later (3:20) and they tell me they can only do 4:45, another change of time. In any case, I drove home so I didnt have to pay parking while waiting as I only live 10 minutes away. I then arrive at 4:47, I wait for three minutes at the counter and at 4:50 I am asked why Im there, I tell them my name. I am then told its too late and they cant do it. I mentioned I was only 2 minutes late and apologised. They just repeated that it was too late and I should have come at 4:30. I let them know I was told 4:45, she then checks with the other girls who says that yes she had told me 4:45. I was then told but sorry its too late. I ask why I was told 4:45 then and that its such a waste of petrol and time. She tells me I need to just calm down. Im the end I was told fine, just sit down, but I decided I wouldnt give them my money, so I said thank but now. So if you value your time and good service, dont bother with this salon. I really hope they can learn from this and not waste anyone else time.
