I am not the type of person to complain, but this was one of the worst experiences i have went through. I came to get my nose piercing put back in as i accidentally pulled it out. Firstly the girl told me my jewellery was very low quality, which i responded and told her that it was actually titanium.The girl tried to force it in my nose and after that not working she told me she would put a plastic tube in to help guide it through. She got the tube through and pulled it out without getting the jewellery in and eventually called someone for help (i have 10 piercings and the pain from all of them combined could not match up to the pain this girl put me through) She told the lady what she did and the lady told her she wasnt supposed to do it with no needle because it needs to be sturdy or itll hurt. And that the tube she was using was only for ear piercings not nose piercings. The other lady told me my jewellery was very long and thats why it was so difficult to put in, which is a complete lie, its the same as any other one. I ended up getting my friend that was with me to call as i was rather distressed and all the blame was shifted on me, and that my piercing was only a few weeks old which i told them it was over a year old. (Im sure it looked pretty raw by the time the first girl was done butchering my nose though) I left with my makeup smudged all over my face as i was sobbing during the whole process and was super embarrassed. I have had to get my jewellery put in multiple times after accidentally pulling it out and never once have i had an experience quite like this. I have not received an apology or any sympathy for the pain these people put me through. Service: Nose piercing
