For at least the last 12 months, every time I ring them, regardless of which day or at what time, I get told they are extra busy and the wait time is 10-20 minutes. After waiting the 10 or 20 minutes, I get told I have to wait another 10-20 minutes! And it is highly irritating to be hearing over and over again while you're waiting "we go beyond". No, you don't. And if I choose for them to call me back, it always takes more than 30 minutes before they ring me. It is difficult to settle down to concentrate on something else when you are waiting with a list of questions to ask them when they finally ring back. Please employ more call centre staff, because you are showing a lack of respect for your customers' time. Update 5 weeks later: The wait time on hold is now 30 minutes, so it has become worse! I rang at 11:15 on a Tuesday and was told the wait time, so pressed 1 to ask for a callback. The call back came after 50 (!) minutes. I had a question about opening a term deposit, so she had to ring me back. She did eventually, I then gave instructions for the term deposit, and finally finished at 1 pm. So 1 hour and 45 minutes it took! I have been a member for 25 years, and this is the worst it has ever been. You are treating customers with contempt. I feel very angry and irritated, and I hope I never have to ring you about anything ever again.

Brad is a 5 star employee for you guys! I called mt barker beyond bank first and I wasn't satisfied with their help on getting info on borrowing power for car loan. But here is my go to bank employee at beyond bank! Cheers mate!
