One Flinders East Apartments

Huge ugly looming building that ruined any sleep or peaceful days in whilst being built. Too many rentals/air b and b with screaming areseholes on the balconies.

Great building well maintained. The whole precinct will be awesome when the Vibe Hotel opens in November with the floating pool between the buildings plus green space and cafes/bars.

Live from March 2021 to March 2022. This apartment is really bad and unacceptable. property stored in underground parking spaces been Stolen, useless property management, rental agents who need me to wait 3 months for sent for repairs. refuse fix washing machine & air condition until end. construction workers on the construction site next window start raving every morning at 7 a.m. bye bye my night work day sleep Workers walking outside the window without any notice, I dare not draw the curtains for half year During the rush hour, cleaning workers will occupy an elevator. Left only one for whole 22 floors residents. Always smelly garbage aisle The sky garden on the 17th floor was closed due to a broken glass, and took 2 months to repair

This company promotes "nature combined" and "Plenty of greenery" non of which have they even tried to provide. They advertise a garden area on their promotion then once completed build on them.
