        Went there to have a look at the opal area. When unhitching caravan realized the area was covered in spurs. They were everywhere. Area is no good if you have a dog. Spurs went right through thongs and had to be pulled out. There are areas set aside for fossicking which were good to try in. Had some success.

        Wonderful, friendly little community. Yowah Nut Cafe open for lunches. The Bar is open for lovely teas Wednesday and Saturday nights. Caravan park has an excellent little shop that has a variety of items, much cheaper than Thargomindah. Thankyou Yowah. We will be back.
