Installed our panels had nothing but problems and now have discovered they broke a tile on our roof which was not reported to us and has now caused a leak in a roof not happy at all would not recommend at all and now out of pocket because of this install funny the company answered but denied installing my panels ever hear of a maiden name and married name maybe !!!!

Technical details well explained by sales rep and installation crew who completed well within expected time .Extended and transferable warranty on quality components is attractive. All staff from office to job were most courteous.

We had numerous salesmen from other companies, come out to quote us, completely ignoring what we actually wanted. We called Powersmart, they sent us Ian Z and he listened and worked out what we needed to get the system we actually wanted. 10/10 Ian knows his stuff, was lovely to deal with and we are very happy with the ordering/installation process. A massive shout out to the installation team of Viane, Ayden and Jesse from Power smart solutions. They were amazing with a recent 8.3kw system...8kw sungrow inverter and phono sumec panels. They communicated extremely well throughout the whole install process. They were very clean and tidy and explained the whole system including use of the app and ongoing monitoring. The initial visit from Michael at PowerSmart Solutions was also great. He was clear as to the benefits of the system and was quick to respond via email with follow up questions and changes to the system size. Would highly recommend PowerSmart Solutions. Looking forward to the long term benefits of this system. Thanks
