My daughters and I do beginners Aerial/Lyra here and absolutely love it! Such a supportive and fun environment where people of all ages can learn and be challenged by something new!

My daughter has had the most amazing experience with RISE. Through the very talented team she has developed a passion for aerials and has developed her skills much faster than we ever imagined. Highly recommend

Not impressed at all!! They are stealing thieves! I made a booking with this place. But had to cancel my booking due to change in health resulting in a chronic health condition. Which makes it hard for me to move too much. They would not give me a refund, even tho I was not warned of this before booking. And their communication was very poor during all of this. The owner should be ashamed.

Everyone was very lovely, however I feel there program, in regards to Acro needed a lot more work. My child signed up to learn how to do a walk over and was there for 2 lessons shy of a term and she did not progress in the slightest. It was very boring and extremely repetitive with handstands and cartwheels, kids were not shown how to stretch correctly and in the last part of every session in became extremely dangerous and unsafe due to the lack of thought, they had kids teaming up with same size kids and then expected to lift those children above their heads without help as there is only 1 teacher, so for those that had the teacher it was awesome but for those who didnt ..my child would always cry at this point due to feeling unsafe . I have since pulled my child out and started up with CK Academy and within 3 lessons she has come leaps and bounds, and has now accomplished a walk over, just due to the different program. Its fun and really hands on with the kids.

I love going here! Its such a great, happy place where everyone supports each other. My instructor, Nikki, is nothing but amazing! This place is so great to learn new skills and have heaps of fun! Im in my 2nd term now, and I have gotten further than I ever thought I would. I didnt think I was strong enough or capable of anything I have achieved! Thank you for believing in me and helping me overcome my boundaries that I set for myself! Rise is definitely the best thing that has come in my life! Im so much braver than I thought I was! If youre looking for a place that will help you believe in yourself, be supported by other people like you, make you stronger than you ever believe possible and have fun doing it, I recommend Rise! The best place out there! Xx
