The build quality was reasonable but the overall experience and integrity of this company was poor. I travelled a significant distance (from another state) to inspect a completed construction, to find out when I arrived it was not actually completed. I was told I could not allow a third party representative to take photos on my behalf. No photos of a property being built for me? $800 of water was used by the day of handover and I was left with the bill as my phone calls and emails for reimbursement were ignored. The build contract was ignored and payment demanded contrary to the contract terms, with the threat of leaving the property uninsured even though it was not complete. It seems if this company does not like the question, the contact gets ignored. I don't mind when things don't go exactly to plan on a large project, but being non-responsive and failing to take ownership of problems are good reasons to seek an alternative builder.

such a great team especially the drafting team. easy to communicate with them regarding the house design.

can't post with non star, the worst experience we have with them. no responses of the calls, different staff in every call during construction and after construction no responses to calls. no responses to missing and incomplete works. worst quality of construction with massive delays.
