Studio 4 building design + house plan drafting Coolum Beach Sunshine Coast

We have had a massive delay in getting our job approved through Council and 18 months later, I needed the plans updated. Contacted Julie and there was no issues, only expert assistance and proffessional insight. With the difficulty we are experiencing with Noosa Council, it is great that we can rely on requirements to be easy and straighforward with Julie at Studio 4.

Julie from Studio 4 was an absolute pleasure to deal with through the design process of a new residential construction. Her knowledge in the field was impressive and this made what can sometimes be a difficult part of building, such a smooth and easy step. Would highly recommend Studio 4 to anyone looking for a quality architect to design there home.
