I booked online easily and turned up as a causal first timer while here on holiday. Felt welcomed immediately and felt right at home. And I came back every morning for another session Excellent studio, great temperature and an excellent class. Thank you Nat, just what I was after. Highly recommend

If you are working from home, or doing regular intense exercise without enough stretching, you basically have the choice on ending up in expensive boring weekly physio, or you can prevent all that and book in for a weekly relaxing visit at carry um. (Speaking from experience) I have been enjoying nat's sessions for over 2 years. The heated vinyasa sessions are an intense but effective way to keep my body behaving and out of physio.
