I have recently found Ben after a lot of years with another provider. What a difference and now have a genuine audiologist who's main interest is Hearing and patient care. He is held in very high regard from my own E.N.T specialist that made my change even easier. Well done Ben.

I have been seeing Ben for many years now for my hearing loss and have found him extremely knowledgeable, professional and helpful. What else would you want if you have hearing problems? I would highly recommend Ben to any-one who wants professional help with good old fashioned service and great advice.

We don't usually do this but my husband and I (in our late 60s) saw Ben from little hearing co to sort out some hearing issues - mainly tinnitus, difficulty hearing in crowded spaces & complaints of tv too loud! We both had a hearing test which was quick, easy & simple. Ben then spent the remainder of the appt explaining why we were experiencing hearing difficulties & easy steps to follow to help with tinnitus. We both felt very comfortable with Ben as he spent the time to explain & respectfully answer all our questions without all the confusing medical jargon some health professionals use. We've followed the few easy steps Ben suggested to us & we have found they really have helped. Also, Ben used no nasty salesman tactics & he even assured us he couldn't see any problems for us in the near future. My husband said driving home if he knew it was going to be that easy he would have had a test ages ago & could have stopped worrying about going deaf! (The appt prior to ours were 2 small girls & their mum, we watched as they comfortably chatted & giggled with Ben at the counter while he finalised their appts). I would therefore highly recommend Ben from little hearing co to absolutely everyone - he's very knowledge & experienced and he knows his stuff & he seems like a really decent guy. Oh & he's a local too!
