We are looking at doing a renovation and wanted to get an idea of the process, ball park costs, timelines and an idea of the effort our renovation would take. We emailed Jim our drafted drawings and he took the time to video chat with us, talk through the design and give us options that would help us in our decision. I am so grateful to have found Jim McIntyre and ProBuilder. I bought a new house in Lota and the first time it rained, it also rained inside the house. Leaks have sprung up at all points of the house and the original builder is a slippery as an eel and is yet to attend to these growing leaks....and then I found Jim. What a knowledgable professional...Phone calls are answered, appointments kept, and the discovery process explained all of the faults that are causing the leaks. I feel completely confident that now my leaky house can be saved, I feel a terrible weight gone from my shoulders. Let's fix this house! Thank you Jim.

Pro-Builder and Jims team were recommended to us by a neighbour who had repairs carried out on his house. We were fortunate to be able to see the quality workmanship and professionalism of the Pro-builder team in action. When it came to much needed repairs to three walls and replacement of weather boards to our house to prevent leaking, we had no hesitation in engaging Pro-Builder. Our experience was excellent and stress free throughout the whole process. Cannot speak more highly of Pro-Builder and Jims team, the workmanship is of a very high standard with attention to detail, and Workplace Health and Safety procedures were also a priority. The onsite team and trades were professional, friendly, respectful and good to have on site. We can now rest assured that the repairs have made our house leak proof. Highly recommend Pro-Builder to anyone requiring an excellent building service.
