Id been having issues with my hearing devices purchased at another branch. The staff at this branch were great and booked me in for a same day appointment . The audiologist is brilliant! Thanks to his knowledge and experience, my hearing aid settings are now perfect and the best they have ever been. Highly recommended!!! Ill be going back there every time now. Massive THANK YOU from a happy customer

Rang up to book an appointment, was put on hold for 10 minutes before they hung up on me. When I tried to ring back, they just didn't answer.
