This is by far the best pilates studio in the Gold Coast. I've been doing pilates for 15 years and been to a few and Linda and her team are definitely the best.

One of finest fitness club I have had the chance to go to. Attentive, welcoming & knowledgeble teachers. Three separate fitness rooms, all very clean, with a material carefully sanitised at the end of each class. There is a limited number of participants per class (as example: 6 for the Pilates Reformer Class). The small number of participants allows the attentive teachers to observe and ensure the exercises are safely executed, and are able to offer alternative moves if required. The environment feels safe and nurturing for all fitness levels, may these be advanced, beginners, seniors, people returning to sports after injury, or pre & post natal), no one is left behind :) and the generous number of classes and variety (from pilates to mat & yoga) is just amazing. Highly recommended

Fabulous,j ust fabulous, very friendly and helpful. No way intimidating like some Pilates places are on the coast. Go see Pilates Pete.
