Team Couture were a amazing agency to work with and worked hard to achieve the best outcome in a development site with allot of moving parts. Would have to be the first time a agency has pushed for a price above the level they knew I would accept and the result exceeded my expectations(normally if I give a agency my bottom line the best I would get is that price) Couture really do Go the extra mile. First Home Purchase We recently purchased our first home through Couture Realty and had such a wonderful and seamless experience. Especially in the chaos of the current market, the Couture Realty Team were extremely genuine, responsive, knowledgeable and personable to deal with. We definitely did not feel like just another number, and the team also tailored their service to us, knowing that we were first home buyers. No question or request was too silly or too trivial, and they took the time to explain all of the details and processes to us. Throughout our experience, we believed that the team had a really wonderful balance of keeping our interests in mind as buyers, whilst also keeping their seller content. Their communication was really great throughout the whole process, and we were well-informed throughout the entire settlement process, often advocating on our behalf to the sellers when we needed to adjust or amend any of our contract conditions.
