Do people actually get through and get an appointment?!? This place is a joke! And the administration staff need additional training in how to treat people!

Dr Yoong has been wonderful. After a month of numerous failed attempts to make an appointment, I found that she works at other clinics and was able to book elsewhere with no issues. If youre experiencing difficulties with getting through the phones at Gabba dermatology - no replies to emails or messages, search if your doctor works at other clinics and book there.

Dr Spelman is fantasic... but the administration staff at this practice are absolutely incompetent....

I have been seeing Dr Robert Sinclair since I was 13. He is a very good doctor. However, on a side note, the administration staff at his practice are terrible. I have had two appointments booked with Dr Sinclair and the first appointment I had to drive an 1hr each way to get there. They advised that they had called me and left voicemail messages. I told them that I had absolutely no missed calls or messages. The admin girl never thought to check the phone number written down. I thought I would let this one slide. Then today I had an appointment, double checked everything, rocked up at 6:50am and the admin girl stated that I had several calls and voicemails saying it was cancelled. I told her this was the second time that her team has stated they have called me when they havent- she checked the number and it was a complete randoms number. I have had the same number for 5 years! All she did was tell me i can book another time. This was after the 1hr commute there and then a longer commute back in peak hour traffic. Disgraceful. It would be super easy to check client emails and mobile numbers when they book appointments, instead of assuming the client just doesnt answer there phone. What a waste of 4hrs for an urgent medical appointment. Then they have the decency to tell me to go to another practice. Disgraceful. Would recommend getting new admin staff at this practice due to their unprofessionalism.
