        Broke down in Woodford on Saturday morning with several warning lights including battery and ABS brakes. Time 12:30. searched for mechanics - none open. Search revealed Mike's Auto Parts and as I thought it was an alternator problem I thought if I bought a battery I would be able to get home at least (100km away). Shop was to close at 1pm. Called shop they helped me identify what size battery I'd need and whether they had any in stock - they did. I walked to the store 12:45 bought battery and spanner to get out old one and install new one. Was wrapping things up and man who served me came to check everything was all right - great customer service.
