Very disappointed. The admin staff border on rude and incompetent. They cannot return a simple email or phone call. The 'professional' was also only interested in whether we could afford the help that we wanted. She also completely ignored the reason we were referred there.. I would expect much better listening skills rather than accounting skill from this don't of practice,

I have really appreciated the support this clinic has given me. I would like to especially thank, Dr David Ward and Dr Terence Teh for their ongoing support and assistance. I cannot recommend these practitioners any More highly. They are amazing!

Extremely disappointed with the experience for my son here. The psychologist lacked any kind of rapport and when I suggested she have toys in the room ready for him she raised her voice at me and told me she had just seen an adult client and that I had been judging her from the moment I walked into the room. She then pointed to the door and said we could leave!! She also told my son he was doing well as "so many kids come into her room screaming." We won't be back.
