After having various types of therapy, such as cognitive behaviour therapy, acupuncture, physio and more (all beneficial in their own rights), I contacted the lovely Maria Brady to enquire about her Kinesiology services. I felt from that initial phone call a release of blocked emotions in my body and knew this would be an important journey for me. Almost a year later and after a series of Kinesiology sessions, I have experienced an incredible shift in mind, body and spirit. Through Marias incredible gifts, healing therapy and helpful guidance, I have developed a strong awareness of where my body needs healing and I have evolved into a more conscious being. In such a short space of time, I am able to clear away the outside noise and be open to receive opportunities and life that aligns with who I truly am.
