I approached Moore Buyers Agency to get help with buying a house in Brisbane from Cairns. Alecia was very helpful with her local knowledge, inspecting and advising us with each potential property. Without Alecia we would have ended up buying some property that had significant issues. I found Alecia approachable, professional and helpful. Moore Buyers Agency was very understanding of our finance situation which really helps. I found the experience very positive and would use them again.

Lauren helped my husband and I to purchase our first home and we would definitely use her again! From our first phone call, Lauren was wonderful. She is super switched on, driven, knows the Brisbane market inside and out and goes out of her way to help her clients find their dream home. She was an excellent negotiator, gave us great advice and ensured that we were supported throughout the process. I would definitely recommend Lauren and her team and use them again on our next purchase.

Firstly - my name is NOT Josh Kiszka - and prefer to remain private - hence my name is NOT on your systems. - in response to Lauren Moore - if one is relying on a inspection to confirm everything - you're in trouble. $40K for 3 weeks work Lauren - being "your eyes", doesn't mean you turn a blind eye, because a property inspection is undertaken. INTERSTATE BUYERS BEWARE - QLD laws are very loose - the property inspection that LM Advocates speak of are extremely vague and 'thorough' inspection are not undertaken. Lauren Moore and her Team need to do more and for what they charge - they do little. Been a long time coming writing this review - however, needed to be said. Coming over from a locked down Melbourne in 2021 - we eventually seek the services of Lauren Moore and her team - "our eyes" apparently - buying 'sight unseen, we were nervous, but it needed to be done, as we were running out of time and had our child accepted into a Brisbane school. The team were nice enough to deal with, however "our eyes" failed us - from Cooktops that had only two of the five burners working, to Airconditioning system not working, to horrendously filthy ovens - needing replacing - we spent a small fortune on a place we were advised was spot on. This included rips in the carpets etc - not to mention, the place was filthy!!!! Lauren Moore's team needed to do better - negotiating is one thing, but do a 'thorough' search on the property and then being transparent with the client is another. Sorry - but "our eyes" failed us. I'm not sure (in hindsight) that going direct to Agent would have made any difference - the only difference was, the money paid to a Property Advocate that did very little to make our experience a good one, once we moved in.

Moore Buyers Agency delivered more than we imagined.Lauren and the team were fabulous. The entire experience of finding and securing a house in the current market went very smoothly, thanks to their experience and expertise. Lauren and Hayley did a fantastic job of listening and understanding exactly what we were after and taking us through a range of properties to consider. After spending a long time looking on our own and missing out on properties, it was great to have knowledgeable coaches who helped us to secure the right property when it came along.
