Beyond filthy, cockroaches and spiderwebs everywhere The receptionist must have lung cancer or something because she could barely hold back a foul phlegmy cough while taking our card and handing it back EXTREMELY noisy here, very cheap and the other people staying here are tiypically very rough, bikies, yahoos and young people drinking Worst hotel I've ever stayed at, avoid at all costs

I stayed here a bit while I was attending tafe in Toowoomba about a year ago. By far the best part of the experience was the customer service I cannot quite remember the name of the owners but they were amazing. The bloke especially (I want to say Graham but not sure) made it his mission to make sure I was all set and greeted me with a smile every arvo when I rolled in. The female owner cooked a tastey meal every night and Graham (again, maybe) delivered it to my door. One small recommendation I could make is a heat lamp (that turns of after a set amount if time) in the smoking area for softies like me that arn't used to the cold would be great.
