Mackay Outdoor Power Centre

Went in to buy a new mower. All ready had it picked out. Stood on the showroom floor looking at it waiting for a salesperson for about 10 minutes. Eventually went to the counter and watched others get served first. I really want to support local but I knew they had the same mower at Bunnings so I left and went there instead. Pretty disappointed.

Worse service ever and over priced. Take a while to fix some equipment and not ready on time. Avoid at all price.

No not recommend spending any money with them, gave them multiple chance and they are rude, overpriced and should not be in business. Zero support for warranty repairs. When went to book in rudely asked if I had booked in, when reply no then to be told that will be a month, Had no issue as mower was broken. Then get told not warranty with out even contacting manufacturer. NEVER Going back and will share my experience!!! Wish I could rate 0 stars.

Sales staff very rude, arrogant and condescending to my wife after she returned a brush cutter that developed issues after just 10 minutes use. Advised it would be 1 month before they would look at it.
