I was debating whether or not to write this review however I feel I need to. I attended this salon for a Keratin Treatment (Brazilian Blowout) mid april. I will also mention that my hair is bleach blonde and I had had previous damage to my hair prior to this appointment, but the condition was still healthy as I spend lots on products and NEVER use heat on my hair. I will also mention Ive had other keratin treatments before, at different salons and they were amazing for my hair. Since this particular keratin treatment my hair was left in worse condition than before. The ends are completely fried, my hair isnt straight if anything it tangles worse at the ends now to the point I may have to cut it off. This is so upsetting as Ive paid so much to keep my hair as healthy as can be during the bleach process only to have this treatment completely destroy my hair and waste all my spent $$ . I am not blaming them for all the damage however I feel as though they didnt inform me whatsoever of any damage it may cause before hand. Had they have done so I wouldve opted out of the treatment all together When contacting the owner they did offer a moisturising treatment free of charge hence my initial avoidance of this review.This was on Friday 28/04/23 However my hair condition has not improved at all and I feel like scissors are the only remedy now. Which means Ive lost out on more than the $200 I spent here. Id fight for a full refund but honestly that wont bring back my hair and Id probably just be taking out of the hairdressers pockets. The hairdressers are lovely and very accommodating, however they do not speak English which causes a huge communication issue. I was never informed of any risks or concerns about my hair condition.I was never given any aftercare instructions, the hairdresser also had a hard time answering questions as she didnt know the English names for a lot of things. They need to learn English to communicate efficiently or I recommend hiring a desk worker who can translate. Unless you speak Spanish (I believe sorry Im not 100% sure) I wouldnt recommend this salon at all sorry. As it is just not okay to be unable to efficiently communicate with costumers when providing a beauty service. Especially when dealing with something such as hair as once the damage is done you cannot reverse it. Ultimately I have been left with my hair looking terrible, me feeling terrible and $200 out of pocket to show for it. Pictures are 2 weeks before keratin a treatment & 2 Weeks after.
