Exceptional service. Raji is very professional and her attention to detail is fantastic. Her testing and reccomended aids have made a massive improvement to my personal and working life. My tinnitus is hardly noticeable and I can now hear people speaking at meetings and at functions without having to consentrate as hard as I did previously.

My husband suffers from severe tinnitus and poor hearing. He also has a dementia and was very reluctant to try hearing aids. Raji Parangad sensitively nurtured us through the process of his use of hearing aids to both help mask his tinnitus and improve his hearing. The outcome is he is less traumatised and the hearing aids recommended by Raji are very successful. Her ongoing concern is much appreciated and we feel we are in her competent care.

I found Raji Parangad's business card from a medical clinic in Victoria Point Qld. My ageing father was always unable to hear the families conversations so I called Raji to make an appointment. Raji's consult was exceptional! Her expertise and state of the art equipment pinpointed exactly the health of my father's hearing and then respectfully educated him the benefits of using hearing aids. My hearing was also tested to find a middle ear problem that can be rectified as I had also been suffering a dull loss of hearing in my right ear. Raji Parangad, Principal Audiologist at My Audiologist is absolutely brilliant, the service I received from My Audiologist was nothing short of amazing and Raji`s knowledge and experience is second to none. After some time of experiencing hearing lose that was subtle by its nature, it was revealed to be more extensive than I was ever made aware of previously, heavy industry and age creeping up had taken its toll. My Audiologist was very quick in determining exactly what the issues were and wasted no time in beginning very professional treatment that has resulted in me being able to hear things that I had lost the ability too and it is truly remarkable to be blessed with the professional guidance of someone as gifted as Raji, Principal Audiologist from My Audiologist. I highly recommend anyone who may suspect they suffer from hearing issues and all who think they do not, to have their hearing tested, it is short and painless and if done correctly, can save many from leaving it to late and loosing to much from life's sound garden.
