I reached out to ORG through their Website by sending a Contact Us query on the Saturday - was responded to via direct email from the Director Christopher O'Connor on the Sunday which was very much appreciated - and he promised to call back the very next day to discuss my issues which he did. Given my level of grief and not knowing what to do I needed someone to listen - Christopher was attentive and empathetic and made me feel like my individual circumstances mattered. It is reassuring to know that he is doing all possible background research to establish if there is a viable case in support of their credo "No Win, No Fee". I firmly believe Christopher has the competence and conscientiousness to pursue every possible legal avenue on my and my children's behalf. To this end he and his firm are highly recommended.
