Impression Yoga and Pilates Studio

I have been attending the Iyengar Yoga classes for only a short time, however, i have already felt a physical and mental improvement. Each class is excellent, with detailed and clear instructions. Personal corrections are given no matter how many students are in the class. This studio has a very welcoming vibe to it, I cannot wait to see where my yoga journey takes me :)

Tracy-Sue is a phenomenal yoga and pilates instructor. She is highly skilled at what she does and pays attention to technique and getting the best out of you. I have been going for two years and am stronger and healthier that I have ever been at 52! She has transformed my body and I feel fantastic. I love every session, am passionate and love her teaching style.

Being new to the discipline of Pilates and Yoga, I couldn't have asked for a better instructor. Tracey-Sue is passionate, meticulous and knowledgeable. She watches you every second of every routine, always correcting, encouraging and praising. To say I leave the Impressions Studio invigorated would be an understatement! As an ex ultra marathon runner I didn't believe I could find a discipline that would equal the endorphin release running gives you - but I have! 11 months of Pilates and now Yoga has been life changing - I feel strong and my body is far healthier and fitter than when running. Thank you Trace for having Impressions Studio flags outside your studio 18 months ago - I am grateful everyday that you are my instructor....

Tracey-Sue offers excellent Pilates classes and can cater to individuals across a range of ages and abilities. She is highly qualified and and excellent instructor. I enjoy every visit - my back hasn't felt this good in years!
