Bradnam's Windows & Doors

Hi Kelly, I called to explain that my up and down windows have not been successful. They have been like this for a year since they were installed. We had a terrible time with your company at the start but excused it because of Covid. However now I am stuck with 2 windows that wont work.if I put the lower one up the top window falls down and it wont go up again,I am left with an open window in my bedroom that allows the rain to come in.No one has contacted me to fix it as you said they would.Can you please arrange for them to be fixed. Tamara was wonderful. Mine was a very small issue, missing trim for my window, but Tamara went to amazing lengths to follow through on the parts, with excellent communication throughout. I have always been very happy with the quality and the windows and shower screens, and now I can definitely recommend their customer service. Thanks again Tamara.

We had a small order of bedroom windows from Bradnams which we were to install ourselves. After confirming delivery for Friday, unfortunately one of the windows was damaged and couldn't be delivered. As we had a schedule to work to with other trades and only the weekend to install, this posed a bit of an issue for us. We phoned the manager Mick on Friday and explained our situation. He was very apologetic and was very proactive in offering solutions to fix the situation. He phoned us Saturday to confirm the window would be ready by Monday and very generously offered to install it. This level of customer service is very hard to come by these days. He personally came out with his installer, Ben, and they did a fantastic job. We will definitely be completing our house renovations with Bradnams, and would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for great workmanship and awesome customer service. Michael from the Warana store was simply outstanding. The quality of our bifold windows, the level of service and the timeliness and quality of installation was simply brilliant. We couldn't be happier with the advice and service given.
