We rang to make a first time contact appointment, Graham was there that very day, at the exact time he said. We sat down around our flood damaged fibreglass pool and discussed the options of a concrete pool. Graham understood our problems and was very helpful in explaining how to solve our dilemma. Within 15 minutes he measured it up, and gave us a quote to remove the old pool and install a new one. He said think about it, and give me a call. We decided then and there to go ahead. He gave us a time frame, which was done to the day. We highly recommend Concept Pools, from first contact, to completion they were exceptional. Thank you Graham, Chris and team.you made the whole process so easy. We love our new pool

Review referencing Concept Pool Construction: I could write an essay on the unacceptable behaviour and non-existent service from Chris, and Graham's lack of any clue as to what is happening in his business, but I will be brief. After multiple issues regarding the construction (which cost us thousands in additional time and materials) and delays at almost every stage (of course always with a multitude of excuses) we finally had our pool finished early 2022. There were safety issues left unattended due to poor construction with calls, emails and texts either going unanswered or, on the rare occasion of a response, with promises left unfulfilled. Whilst they offer a good price on the overall product, you can be assured the lack of service and accountability will certainly cost you more.
