Uni-Industries Sunshine Coast

We used Uni Industries ten years ago to install our solar system. Recently due to hail damage these solar panels needed replacing, so again contacted Uni Industries. They worked with us and catered to our needs. They provided the appropriate information and advice and can't thank them enough. Recently had solar installed by these guys. Can't fault them. Great company to deal with, clear communication, competitive price and honest information. Highly recommend them to anyone having experiences then residentially and commercially.

Used uni industries 2 years ago, fantastic even now to deal with I have since referred multiple people to not waste their time and just use Uni Industries the first time round. Highly highly recommend.

We purchased our panel system approximately nine months ago through the Sunshine Coast office. The service from start-to-finish was second-to-none, their product knowledge and products in general were far better than other suppliers we researched, they made sure we didn't over-spend based on 'trends' by explaining the pro's and cons of different features and how the features work together (this saved us somewhere between $1000 and $2000), they took the time with us to plan installation, followed through and ensured we were happy with everything following completion of the install. Highly recommend these guys if you're in the market for solar.

Sounds like Lawnton provides a great service however same can't be said about the Sunshine Coast branch. Visited them twice to be told someone would ring me back - no response. On my third visit I told them that their customer service was RC and that I would buy elsewhere. Had a call from the owner at Lawnton who explained the problems they are having re.recall of units they have installed. (not their fault) Received great support from him and will be doing business with UNI from now on. Please support a local Aussie Company trying hard hard and achieving great customer support
