Mark recommended that i approach my insurance company to replace my accidentally damaged awning. Then keep persisting to have this delivered- even driving to pick it up himself after several days of set backs. His team stayed back to fit it so I could continue on my holiday trip with a big group of lady campers! Who I will be passing his contact details onto. Thank you guys

Customer service focused !! We had some warranty work we needed covered, dropped our new caravan with Mark and we were highly impressed with everything very professional extremely helpful, the jobs were done with a high degree of craftsmanship and professionalism . Attention to detail there were issues we didnt even speak to him about and the team there sorted them out I would recommend the best place to take your caravan on the Sunshine Coast Its hard to find old school customer focused services these days and at this place they deliver.
