        I have been a member of this gym for approximately 3 years. I would like to compliment the staff for their help and friendliness. It is always great to walk into a friendly and happy place. Maddie who has been my physiologist during this time has been the most pleasant, caring and helpful young lady and I thank her for that.

        To recover from bi-lateral knee replacement, Madison Kennedy has been inspirational in guiding me through a program which has greatly increased strength and stability not only in lower body but total body. The programs are varied and designed to strengthen the areas most in need, and therefore are not boring as repetitive exercise can sometimes be. This together with the caring and friendly environment make for a helpful and rewarding experience.

        The treatment I have received at these facilities has enabled to live a near to normal lifestyle. Madi my EP is excellent at her calling. She gives me exercises that are challenging but achievable and I have benefited greatly from them.
