Higgins Coatings Sunshine Coast

I have had water coming through the walls of my apartment for 4 years. I am unable to use one bedroom and tumbled, stuck on the floor with a broken collar bone. My family can't visit. There is mould through beds, walls, blinds. The laundry wall has started to collapse and the window now has breaks!!! The bedroom wall is lumpy where the water has collected behind the plaster. Yet Higgins have done a quote to paint the building $132,025.. My payment of that would be over $10,000 yet they have not come into my apartment, checked the water damage and worked out where they are coming from and if the $132,025 spent will actually fix them. I was home to let Higgins inspect the water damage when they said he did the quote last Oct. I have telephoned and ask that they come and look at the water damage but they refuse. What Chance has the job got of sorting this problem out that has taken me to the Office of Body Corp, Qld Conciliation.
