Athletic Base

Joining Athletic Base is the best thing Ive ever done during my fitness journey. Amy and Emil are a wealth of knowledge and have helped me recover from injuries Ive developed outside of the gym. They educate me everyday on not only strengthening my body but also how to fuel and care for it. I would be so lost without them and I love seeing the amazing results Ive had since starting. The environment is judgment free and really just one big family who encourage each other! Plus theres always a dog there to cuddle and play with

I went to see Amy for a sports massage, after weeks of bring in so much pain feeling so exhausted as I was unable to relax. I was amazed when I woke the next morning and realised I had woken for the first time in weeks and was not in instant pain. I could breathe and move without the pain. Ive had lots of massages but have never found such significant results after just 1 session. I highly recommend Amy at Athletic Base. Amy you are amazing, thank you

Athletic Base is so much more than your average gym. With knowledgeable trainers who go deep into nutrition and technique, Athletic Base has been the only gym Ive ever found that I want to religiously return to every day

We were very fortunate to be referred to Emil and the team of Athletic Base. I searched for a long time to find the right fit and supportive environment to assist my young injured/recovering athlete. The knowledge, and genuine love of what the AB team do, shows in every session. Thank you AB for providing a pathway that is inspiring for younger people, appropriate, and always supported. My young athlete is enjoying his return to a sport that he loves. Oh yes, and the new passion for land based training...
