I recently had an unpleasant encounter with an individual who exhibited extremely rude behaviour. About six months ago, I purchased a shower screen from Sunstate Glass and receive excellent service, along with a flawless installation. They even managed to accommodate an unconventional fitting request for an oversized piece of glass, which cost a total of 1800. The team was helpful and went above and beyond to find the right solution for me at that time. However, today when I approached Bruce at Sunstate Glass to inquire about a pivot door installation for my second bathroom, he immediately dismissed my query and told me to look elsewhere. Bruce showed no interest in finding a solution or even listening to my position. He bluntly stated that he was only here to make money. Although I understand that Sunstate Glass may not offer the specific product I was inquiring about, Bruces unprofessionalism was exacerbated when he compared my request to second-class rubbish and made an irrelevant and weird comparison to a Corolla Car. The entire conversation lasted no more than a minute. Overall, I was disappointed with the way I was treated and the lack of professionalism demonstrated by this individual. I hope to find a more accommodating and respectful service provider for my future needs.
