        I called this company in relation to a new service contract for our building. I was informed by a person who answered the phone that they will look at a time frame and call me back with a visit inspection and a quote for service and maintenance. Contract worth several $1000 per year. Never heard from them again. Very poor business dealing.

      • LachieVids Transport Vlogs

        Not the best, use cheaply made MP lifts, they are very good for small applications and non busy places, but any place such as a shopping centre, etc would not be the best choice, maybe for a small local shopping centre though, they break down more then the higher-end lifts and thats to be expected. They are definitely not the worst lift company in australia, by far.

        Staff are friendly and are quick to react to any issues. It's the ongoing issues we have with a relatively new lift that spoil it, but at least they're willing to try and fix the problem and care about resolving in the first place.
