Terrible customer service; I have been waiting for 3 months for a kitchen caddy order; they keep saying that it will arrive soon; on top of that, I waited on the phone for over 20 minutes to speak with somebody on the phone.

Tucked away in the back streets, this showroom is filled with clever kitchen design ideas. If renovating or building totally recommend a visit to this place. The staff were exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

Lack of enthusiasm from counter staff . When phoning there are too busy to take a call so you leave your details. Don't expect a call back.

I ordered and paid for a single tube of an adhesive product. I asked two separate staff if I could order just one rather than a box of 12. Was assured that it was no problem. Well something so simple has turned into a bad experience that has gone on for 2 and 1/2 months. Over this time was told different things by different people. Was assured it would get sorted and it wasn't. Numerous times I was told someone would call me back and they didn't. All phone conversations are recorded evidently so Jean said she would go back and check what I was told by another staff member. Two weeks later she still hadn't called me with the result. I was told someone else had tried very hard to contact me. Why have I not had a voice message or a missed call??? Finally 2 and 1/2 months after ordering and paying for the product the story has gone from not being able to buy a single to the item having been discontinued by the supplier. Thanks for wasting my time.
