Went in for a emergency appointment on the 16th of march 2023 after being there a week prior for my appointment and the dentist was so incredibly rude I explained that during my previous visit that they had broken part of my permanent retainer in my bottom jaw and now wont take any responsibility for braking and I had explained that the dentist was quite rough in my previous visit Im am so incredibly disappointed and angry

I have been approx 8 years going through kawana dental recently I got a letter an called they wanted me to get a voucher for my dental work but I have had my filling an clean an plate relined by march last year now this is the problem I'm wanting to get a partial for my bottom..this is something I have needed since I started with them because I wouldn't accept a voucher to go to another dentist to have my teeth checked again an then go on another wait list to go through all this again I'm so annoyed with this The out come I'm on another waiting list to go through all this again will be the 3rd time round

I had an emergency appointment made for there today after being denied a voucher. I have an infected abscess, half my face swollen and in significant pain. I made the dentist (Jeremy) aware of my huge fear and legitimate anxiety with dentists. I was visibly upset, so Jeremy thought it would be an appropriate time to speak down to me like I was a child and say you should be able to do normal adult things like going to a dentist! Very unprofessional, very rude and very unnecessary comment to make to someone who is quite clearly already distressed enough and in a lot of pain. Now I can add another horrible experience at dentists to the list, and you wonder why people develop anxiety around dental visits? Shame on you. Id rather sell a kidney and pay through a private dentist than to be treated with such disrespect and carelessness. Youre there to help, not make matters worse!!
