Our committee were extremely impressed with Gavin from SmartChoice Homes, who built our stadium seating for the gymnastics club. Not only was the project finished within budget but Gavins attention to detail meant we received a far better product than we had first envisaged. He was able to achieve all of this within our very tight time line. Gavin was honest, easy to contact, reliable and committed to producing a quality outcome and I would highly recommend him for any project, big or small, commercial or domestic.

We reinnovated several parts of our home including a new bedroom addition. Gavin was really professional in getting into the detail, describing the potential pros/cons of any changes, and finishing with high quality. The people he brought like electricians and painters were also very reliable and professional. I strongly recommend him if you concern about perfect finishing. I will certainly get back to him for our next property. Very satisfied.

House renovations often leaves one with the feeling of dread with one often wondering about the quality of the tradesmen that one is employing, is the work being undertaken going to resemble what you have in mind & what are the structural limitations of the dwelling. Combine this with being new to the Sunshine Coast, the feeling of apprehension increases. Fortunately for me, whilst researching the availability of builders/tradesmen willing to include aspects that I wanted in my renovation - budget permitting, I was referred to Gavin McArthur of Smart Choice Homes by a number of suppliers/individuals in the industry. Preliminary discussions with Gavin, resulted in my feeling that I had found a builder able to work with the budget available, provide the design aspects/finishes I required & complete the work within my time frame. The positive aspect of working with Gavin to undertake my renovations was that I was working with a builder who is proud of his product & the processes involved in creating that product.
