        The most uncooperative, unfriendly staff of the 7-elevens that I've visited. I've been charged $5.50 for 2 large coffees without any reasons (sarcastictly I guess buy one=$2.50, second one=$3) (just in case, SUPER is their largest coffee, while LARGE is the mid size one). When asked for an explanation, the person still saying one is $2.50 and the other one $3.00, until asked why so many times without a logic explanation I didn't want to waste my time for justice. Recommendation: I'm giving my coffee money to Coles Express as, they haven't increased prices and still a good coffee

        Today Ive visited 7 eleven warana 15/08/2022 evening around 8:15pm for my 7th visit and get my reward coffee melt. I grabbed two milk and iced coffee altogether. So it should be $5.50 because my coffee melt is free in the app. He charged me $1 extra. So I asked him nicely that coffee melt is free and Can you please help me why this has happened? Also, i showed my free coffee melt reward in the app to him.And he said he dont have time and ive to do other things and another thing he was on phone speaking to somebody. I felt so hurtfull and disappointed with his epic reply and poor customer service from this shop today. Im pretty sure that he can fix this using doing the transaction again. I was a regular customer in this shop and i will think twice because of him need to visit this shop again or not.
