Right from the start, we knew we were in good hands with the team from Network Office Sunshine Coast. Ross is attentive, professional, informative and genuinely a pleasure to deal with. He offered realistic solutions, involved the wonderful Michael from IT who had the answers to those more complex IT questions. They investigated and checked the boxes to ensure the service offering was inline with could be supported for our business. In preparation for the roll out of our new managed IT plan and equipment upgrades, Immy popped in to run through time frames, stages and thank us for choosing Network Office. It didn't stop there, the team commenced the roll out efficiently and checked in regularly. They checked before doing things to ensure minimal disruption to our team. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. They truly are the best in business!

I have been fortunate to have been employed at Network Office Sunshine Coast for over three years now. I have always felt respected and valued as an employee, and that I was part of the NOSC family. Even when Covid first threatened our economy and of course our jobs back in 2020, I met with Dan & Immi and remember words to effect "Mate we've got your back". and well I'm grateful they did. Network Office arranged Fibre to curb installation and coupled it with an Enterprise grade internet service, which has really made processing times much faster (and enjoyable). Now the whole team can have their video on during our online meetings, which is awesome to be able to see everyone. The whole install run smoothly and efficiently. Thanks guys !
