Due to the public holiday, we had to return it 4hrs before the regular time, but still paid the full day rate. Cmon guys that's not very fair.
Otherwise the van was fine for what we needed.

there were lollies and rubbish jammed under the seats, and they left a trolly in the back and didn't know it was there as the cleaner forgot to remove it..
as for the customer service, the person that organised my service was very unprofessional, she had no memory of the previous damage to the van when he returned it and tried to say he did the damage, until he reminded her that she told him about the damage before he sign the van out,
then she wanted to charge him the wrong price for the hire..
it was lower than previously quoted, but my son was nice enough to correct her mistake,
Lastly, none of their computer were working properly to read the terms and conditions, and it took 30 minutes to check out the van 1st at 8am with no one else waiting..
its like she's very thick and off with the fairy..
I'd think twice if she served me again...
