        Went into the shop to get a part. Lady who sat at the furthest computer was unbelievably rude and had little to no knowledge about the items she is selling. I DO NOT recommend this business. Absolutely horrible.

        I walked into the business yesterday to speak with someone about attaching a latch to a fridge. The lady behind the counter was so unbelievably rude I was completely taken a back. "What do you want me to do I am not a technician". It is sad that someone with this little bedside manner is scaring away potential customers. In the end she told us to leave as there was nothing she was able to do. I know we all have bad days, but it is highly detrimental having someone treating people in this way. I would never go back into this place!
