Jim and his team of plumbers are professional, qualified, punctual and friendly. Online booking was super easy and so was subsequent communication. Booked in to have them install a very expensive free standing cooktop. He also organised an electrician to come at the same time which saved me heaps of stress of trying to find one myself. Sean (I think that was his name) showed up on time and was very skilful and installing the cooktop. He even provided some cost saving measures and was able to certify a feature on the spot. Very impressed with this service all around and consider Jim Monger my trusted plumber in Victoria Point. Thanks Jim! You are running a great company. Keep it up.

I needed a plumber and fortunately was advised to call Jim Monger Plumbing and no one else and Im so thankful for the advice. Jeremy is quick to respond, summing up the situation and quickly providing solutions. Tom and Ben turned up on time, did a great job in a timely professional manner.
