I have come back to BOQ from another bank where I was having trouble getting a loan. Alice at BOQ Victoria point, has made the whole process of purchasing an investment property very easy. Alice has kept me informed through the whole prosses and her suggestions of loan setup have turned out very much to my benefit. We were referred to BOQ at Victoria point by a family member after getting the run around by our previous big 4 bank. Daniel and Alice welcomed us warmly and happily helped with a new home loan.
