Great service! Found a nail in my tyre mid-morning on a Saturday, thought I would have to wait to Monday to get it repaired but tried my luck and the guys not only fit me in but gave such a high level of service.

I went into the MyCar tyre & auto at Victoria Point to get my car looked at for a potential oil leak and to get my battery changed. After arriving I was greeted by the manager Conor who quickly listened to my requests and had an immediate look at my car up in the hoist. Even though he looked extremely busy, he was polite and calm and talked me through what the potential problems could be. He then booked me in for a battery replacement the next day. When I came back they had the job completed so quickly and efficiently I didnt have to worry about a thing. Im not normally one to write a review but I thought Conor and the MyCar team deserved it on this occasion. Thanks guys.

Amazing service. Stopped by at Mycar Victoria Point QLD on Saturday morning on our way to netball with a screw in a tyre. They guys got it repaired straight away and to top it off, it was free, because we bought the tyres off them. Nice work guys. Now that is what I call customer service.
