We had a 6.2 KW system installed in Highfields in Queensland, by Aussie Solar Group we should have shopped around at other providers. The sales person said that it was a $16,000 system with a $4000 government rebate, which left $12,000 , a $2000 deposit and pay the other $10,000 off over four years via Humm. Only just got it paid off now. Definitely shop around, you cant trust anyone, They will take you for a ride if they think can. Dont engage with this scam company, they will RIP you off for thousands.

In the three days I worked there doing admin I have never seen as many disgruntled customers, nor have I ever encountered a workplace with such a toxic culture. I have also never seen so many past workers still chasing pay in a single week, something I should have been more aware of, as they also paid me incorrectly and took extensive chasing up to correct it. Since leaving the company I have also received demeaning texts from the owner multiple times after asking him to stop contacting me and multiple messages which he meant to send to a fellow worker in which he discussed me and disclosed prior personal conversations. The forementioned fellow worker has since posted a google review. In my dealings with them, they have been a very unprofessional business. Also a correction for those looking to contact the business as their correct address isn't listed anywhere, the office is unit 1/36 Lawrence Drive, Nerang.

After months and months of dealing with run arounds from other competitive solar companies "AUSSIE SOLAR GROUP" were the only ones who welcomed me with their services not only myself but my family's as well, lovely staff and got the job done professionally substantial, i would highly recommend their services.

Very professional company. Right from the beginning, especially the admin department who kept me in the loop through out the whole process. Would highly recommend Aussie solar group to anyone.
