My Generator Head Office (No Showroom)

I will never buy from them again. Paid in full 6 weeks ago. Delivery was lost. Still waiting for a refund. Trying to get the money back from the bank as they keep promising a refund/delivery but dont deliver.

Wow ... customer service and support that is stand out and confidence inspiring for future purchases. I bought a Dometic 92L Cool-Ice icebox and took advantage of the bonus Dometic seat cushion that clips to the lid ... this in itself was extremely good value. Likely to be an uncommon original product packaging error (by Dometic) however, the important seat cushion fitting clips were missing from the icebox cushion box. Scott at My Generator had this sorted in some sort of a record time I reckon. No sooner had I received his reply to say "leave it with him whilst", practically the following day a replacement seat cushion with clips was delivered. Excellent product, but outstanding customer support and service. Thanks Scott ... it's a pleasure to write a review for a company that is both good value and walks its talk.

Thanks for all your help and selling a great battery the staff were a great to deal with and where great help with the product The 200amp lithium battery is great I have installed in my carvan the best battery I have had I can check the battery from my phone I would recommend this battery thanks for the great service and delivery
